As already pointed out in our shipping confirmation, damages to the shipment have to be reported immediately:
If the package was damaged during shipment, please refuse the delivery or report the damage to the nearest post office within 7 days. Otherwise a claim for compensation or replacement is not possible.
If you discover any damages later pls send us an email and we will forward the issue to the publisher and eventually send out a replacement.
